Subject Matter Expert - Chubb External Careers

The primary purpose of this role is to produce a high-quality Claims work through prompt and professional contact with customers and brokers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex claims inquiries
• Manage and investigate complex and escalated claims
• Investigate and evaluate complex claims
• Negotiate with Claimant and Brokers
• Ensure loss reserves are set and maintained
• Prepare and send written correspondences
• Attend to claims enquiries and feedback
• Handle escalated calls
• Proactively apply claims policies and procedures
• Engage team huddle and group discussion
• Conduct training and mentoring
• Identify issues and process breakdowns
• Nominate and review process improvement ideas
• Conduct audits for new hire product training certification
• Participate in various claims projects
• Serves as a back up to the Team Leader

• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong communication skills
• Ability to organize work effectively and methodically
• Ability to maintain a high level of quality
• Strong Investigation techniques
• Sound knowledge of claims administration procedures
• Possess strong customer service behavior
• Tertiary Qualified or minimum 3-4 years similar work experience
• Claims Insurance background is required
